Aloo Bhorta (a spiced potato mash), Maa’s Mushrooms (mushrooms cooked Bengali style), Rye Pyaaz Chingri (saucey king prawn curry cooked with mustard seeds and caramelised onions) and Moong Masoor Dal (creamy spiced lentil curry).
