Later this month, The Spice Club will be setting up its very own Pop-Up restaurant in the heart of Manchester in Spinningfields for two very special nights! We will be cooking up delicious home-made Indian feasts on both 22nd October and 29th October. On our debut evening, 22nd October, we will also be celebrating Diwali, the Indian festival of lights. To celebrate such an occasion we have come up with nothing less than a grand menu. Have a look for yourselves:

Spiced Potato Patty topped with fresh cholay yoghurt, mint & coriander

Roasted Chicken Masala
Succulent chicken roasted in a freshly prepared Punjabi masala made from onions, garlic & ginger & a variety of Indian spices
Shahi Keema Mattar
Slow-cooked minced lamb roasted until tender, cooked with fresh peas in a creamy gravy, flavoured with aromatic spices
& fresh coriander
Moong-Lobia-Channa Dal
Moong and chana lentils mixed with black-eyed beans cooked in a garlic, ginger & tomato masala seasoned with roasted garam masala, turmeric & paprika.
Paneer Bhindi
Home-made paneer & okra freshly cooked in onions, cumin, nigella seeds, tomatoes & coriander
Gajar ka Raita
Yoghurt blended with carrots & onions, flavoured with roasted ground cumin & mint
**Entrees are served with basmati cumin rice and hot fresh chapatis**
