This Saturday, we will be hosting our 5 course Indian Vegetarian Supper where you will have the opportunity to be whisked away on a culinary journey to enjoy the most delicious variety of vegetarian Indian food. I don’t think there is another cuisine that offers such a vast, diverse amount of vegetarian dishes like Indian cuisine and it’s enjoyed by both vegetarians and non vegetarians alike. Our last Vegetarian supper club was recorded and will be featured in this month’s Hairy Bikers “Best of British” BBC show so keep an eye out for us! Delicious kebabs made from spiced chick peas flavoured with ginger, garlic & fresh coriander,
served with fresh home-made mint yoghurt chutney

Shahi Kofta Curry
Crispy, balls made from channa dal & lotus root, cooked with peas & paneer in an onion & tomato gravy
Channa Masala
Chick peas cooked in fresh ginger, garlic & tomatoes seasoned with traditional Indian spices
Aloo Baingan
Potatoes & baby aubergines cooked in a Punjabi masala garnished with fresh coriander
Urad dal
Urad lentils tempered in cumin, ginger, tomatoes and mango powder
Boondi Raita
Cucumber, red onion & boondi blended with fresh yoghurt and roasted cumin
**All entrees are served family style, with fresh chappatis and basmati rice**

Delicious traditional Indian pudding flavoured with crushed cardamom

Cardamom tea served with traditional Indian biscuit
