Come and join for us an exciting spice filled class using fresh and fragrant ingredients such as curry leaves, mustard seeds, coconut and tamarind to create a South Indian vegetarian feast from start to finish. Learn the art of making deep fried savoury vada doughnuts and fluffy rice idlis which we will dunk in spicy tempered sambar dal and top with fresh coconut chutney. This class is not to be missed!
