Indian cuisine has always embraced vegetarians with a warm comforting hug and for the non vegetarians, it may come as a surprise that many of your favourite Indian street foods are naturally completely void of meat and dairy. In this very special class we will placing a special emphasis on recycling food and leftovers and teaching you how to “pimp your veggies” and transform them into mouth watering Indian street food snacks. We are incredibly passionate about zero food waste and so we have partnered up with Slow Food Birmingham for their “Menu for Change” week to show you how to give your leftovers a makeover. Learn how to make snacks such as stuffed parathas and spicy pakoras, as well as aloo tikkis and channa masala. This is a class not to be missed! We are based in Digbeth, Birmingham.
